Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The free tier is permanently available, not a trial. It's rate-limited to 20 invisible watermark embeds, 15 C2PA signs, 30 detections, and 30 verifications per day. There's no time limit, no signup, and no credit card required. Limits reset at UTC midnight every day.
How do I get an API key?
Fill out the contact form with your name, email, and a short description of what you're building. We'll send API credentials directly to your email - no sales call, no demo required. We typically respond within one business day.
Is there a pay-per-use option?
Currently ForensicMark offers the free tier and custom API plans for teams and enterprises. There's no self-serve pay-per-use option yet. If you have specific volume requirements, contact us and we'll work out a plan that fits.
Can I use ForensicMark for commercial projects?
Yes. The free tier permits commercial use. You can integrate it into a product, charge your customers, and use the watermarks and C2PA manifests in production. The only constraints are the daily rate limits. If those limits are too low for your production volume, that's when you'd upgrade to a custom API plan.
